Returns must be submitted within 30 days of sale. Items must be returned in original condition and with tags. When filing for return please attach photo if item is damaged or not as listed. Original receipt must be available and confirmation of order. Buyer will pay for item to be shipped back to Copper Thicket and return will be issued once we receive the item. As always we hope you love everything but due to the handmade nature of most of our items, details can vary.
